Privacy policy
This page explains what this website collects, what it is used for, and how to have it corrected or deleted. It covers the SitePulse website only. Data inside the SitePulse product itself (projects, flats, photos, site updates) is handled under the agreement with the company that uses SitePulse, not under this page.
Who we are

What we collect
- Demo requests. When you fill in the form, we receive what you type: your name, company, phone number or email address, city, and anything you put in the message box.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider records the usual server data for every visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site running and secure.
- Your display preference. If you switch between light and dark mode, that choice is saved in your own browser. It is never sent to us.
We do not use advertising cookies or trackers. If we add visitor statistics later, we will use a cookie-free, privacy-friendly service and say so here.
What we use it for
Demo request details are used only to reply to you, arrange the demo and follow up about SitePulse. We do not sell your details or add you to anyone else's mailing list.
Who else sees it
Only the people and services needed to run this site and answer you: our hosting provider (Cloudflare), [the email or form service that delivers submissions], and the SitePulse team. Each handles data under its own privacy terms.
How long we keep it
Demo request details are kept for up to 12 months after our last contact with you. If your company becomes a SitePulse customer, they move under that agreement instead. Server logs are kept by the hosting provider for its standard retention period.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email hello@sitepulse.in and we will respond within a reasonable time. Where the law of your country gives you further rights, those apply as well.
Children
This website is meant for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18.
Changes
If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it. Anything that affects how we use demo request details will be noted here before it takes effect.
